Dear support,
I just installed the plugin on the debug version of the website and it looks not correctly working. As I switch to the WP default theme it does work instead.

Is there any issue related to the Avada theme support?

Please add following CSS on your site.
```
.images.nickx_product_images_with_video {
    width: 500px !important;
    max-height: 600px;
}
```
