Avada to Jupiter v/c code

We have recently moved from Avada to Jupiter, which both use Visual Composer or at least a modified version of it. Since the move, all of our blog posts show the visual composer shortcode from Avada and even with Visual composer enabled we still it.

Has anyone dealt with this in the past and if so, how did you get the blogs to show properly without the shortcode in the post?
