Availability calendar plugin

Hi there,

I am researching an availability calendar plugin for a client who rents out cottages.

I have come across a few on my own, but wanted to know if anyone out there had some input.

There is no need for a booking system. All the client wants is an easy to use backend area where they can mark availability, set pricing and add special offers.

How the tables represent availability would be the requirement for the frontend. Of course with some serious updated design.
