The key point here is that your Zettle account is registered in San Marino?
I doubt, but would prefer to double check it. The plugin performs a country code match between your WooCommerce store country and the country of your PayPal Point of Sale account. The officially supported countries are US, GB, FR, SE, NO, FI, DK, NL, DE, ES, IT, BR, and MX.
San Marino country code is SM. Because of this, the integration cannot be completed successfully.
