avatar missing after migration

I moved reviews from one domain to another. Everything migrated great except avatars/user images. None are showing on frontend.

I imported all user avatars/pictures into media library. And then in individual reviews, I edited path to avatar. It appears to work when I view the edited review in WordPress admin, but on the frontend, the reviews just show the generic fallback avatar.

Any suggestions on how I can get the correct avatars/customer pics to show on the frontend in reviews?
