Avatar plugin problem

    I have downloaded Atahualpa theme and want people who comment on my blog to be able to insert their own avatar/gravatar. I installed – Add Local Avatar. After instal I am unable to see any location on the website for users to be able to add their own created avatar. My website address is http://www.virusfreeliving.com.
    Is there one plugin that is better than another to use for this?
