Avatar Warning

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with this warning below:

Warning: curl_setopt() [function.curl-setopt]: CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION cannot be activated when in safe_mode or an open_basedir is set in /home/eatsleep/public_html/wp-content/plugins/add-local-avatar/avatars.php on line 183

It is popping up at the bottom of my website

and also at the bottom of my posts where the author avatar is.

I have this avatar plugin

and have updated it a couple of days ago but the warning did not go away with the update.

Can anyone help?
