Blank Avatars for Registered Users

    Hello, after upgrading to Version 7.6.32 there seems to be an issue with avatars.

    The site is running wpDiscuz, wpForo, and Ultimate Member.

    wpDiscuz > Settings > Comment Thread Features > Avatar Settings:

    • Display Avatars is on.
    • Default Avatar Source URL for Users is blank.
    • Default Avatar URL for Guests is an image link.
    • Enable Sitewide Usage of Default Avatars is off (also tried with it on).

    Registered users who don’t upload a custom avatar are supposed to have a default generated avatar sitewide (this is set in both native WP Settings > Discussion and Ultimate Member > Settings > Users). The generated avatars for registered users are showing up correctly in wpForo and elsewhere on the site, but are blank in the wpDiscuz comments. Tried to deactivate UM with the same results.

    Maybe there is a conflict with Default Avatar Source URL for Users not falling back to the native WP settings as stated in the docs.
