Avatars alignment issue

Hy Paul, I’m using the latest version of this plugin and i’m here to describe 2 issues.

1. If user has not image, the default avatar (grey avatar) does not aligned by the next or prev.

You can see authors list in this site: http://www.dailyslow.it/
(at the center of homepage you can see authors list)
Please, scroll to pages 1,2,3.. and you can see image aligned sometime to to left, other time to right, sometime centered…
I’ve try to add some fixed (founded in prevuious posts) but they doesn’t work.

2. You can see, paging again starting by 0.

How i can solve these questions?
