All of our avatars are showing up as the default person icon. We didn’t change anything in settings, and the images are still attached to the author’s user profile.

There were no changes in the plugin for months. It could be another plugin causing a conflict after an update. Just to be sure, can you double-check your email on gravatar? https://en.gravatar.com/site/check/

I figured it out! We had the author photo in “profile picture” which worked fine until now. But now I added the photo also to “profile image” and that made them come back through. Maybe some underlying wordpress change caused this.

(They didn’t show up through gravatar and still don’t but that’s ok with me!)
