Yes, I understand the issue you’re facing is due to a bug currently affecting the plugin. Some hosting providers have firewall rules that are blocking our onboarding process. This is already being addressed and should be resolved in the next update.
In the meantime, if you’d like, you can reach out to your hosting provider and ask them to whitelist the following endpoint:
/wp-json/wc/v3/payments/onboarding/kyc/session
That should help resolve the issue temporarily so you can go ahead and create your WooPayments account.
Otherwise, you can wait for our upcoming update later this week, which should fix the issue and allow you to set up your account without any problems.

Yes, this particular issue with the release of WooPayments 9.2.1 and is included with the latest release of WooPayments 9.3.0.
Have you updated your site to use the latest version of WooPayments and if so, are you still experiencing this issue?
