Hi, the thing is the link that customer received is this same link with the test form, we have been using this for a while and getting positive reviews which is great, but for customer who wants to leave negative review they couldn’t, and I actually have a customer come back to me and says they can’t leave a negative feedback and they forwarded me the email, hence why I find out the form doesn’t work, can you double check please? I can forward you the email.
I have the exact same problem and indeed, it is a “general” URL that customers get (in our case: https://inezbakery.be/?trustindex-collector-support-feedback&rating=3) so test or not .. it doesn’t work.
