    The plug-in was very limited in its capabilities, so we asked for our money back within the specified time period.

    4 times we have asked now for the refund, still nothing.

    Beware of this company

    First of all from XAdapter, please accept my sincerest of apologies.
    Although our agent wanted to know the reason of refund as that can help in the evolution of our product, but it was not put up in a convincing manner and went too far.

    As soon as the management noticed this ticket, prompt action was taken and we have now refunded your full amount.

    We can assure you that it was a one off incident and it will not be repeated.
