Avoid specific users post visualization plugin? (filter)

Hello,

Is it there somewhere a plugin (or other system) so that an user may decide to avoid view the posts from another specific author?

Sometime certain author posts are found annoying (or for any other reason) by other users which would like to use the website, but avoid seeing some specific author posts, filtering them.
