Avoid this plugin! Deeply unethical.

    You took a plugin that did one very simple thing (managed avatars without having to use Gravatar) and radically altered it into a completely different and incredibly invasive plugin that tries to hijack the whole user management system. All with no notice!

    Just brazenly unethical behavior, I’m astonished.

    Edit: Everyone who was using the old plugin should switch to “Simple Local Avatars“, which works great, is being actively maintained, and adds no bloatware.
