Avoid two menus when using the Child+Native Mobile interface theme.

    Hi, I am using the Child+Native Mobile interface theme.

    The problem with this is, that I get two menus, both from the Child theme and from the app theme.

    I would prefer the app menu alone, how do I achieve this?
