    We are encountering a persistent issue related to Google Ads conversion tracking. In the browser console, the following message appears: “AW-undefined”. This suggests that an attempt is being made to trigger a Google Ads conversion, but the required conversion ID is either missing or not passed correctly.Observations

    After extensive testing, we’ve determined that the issue does not occur when all tracking-related plugins are disabled. More specifically, the error disappears when the GTM4WP (Google Tag Manager for WordPress) plugin is deactivated. All other plugins can remain active without causing the issue.

    This indicates that the GTM4WP plugin is most likely the source of the problem. It appears to be injecting a Google Ads tracking tag without a valid conversion ID, resulting in the “AW-undefined” console error.Request for Support

    We are unsure how to resolve this and would appreciate assistance in understanding:

    • Why GTM4WP might be causing this issue;
    • Whether this is a known bug or a misconfiguration;
    • How to properly use GTM4WP without triggering this error.

    Could you test the following?

    • Leave GTM4WP active
    • Replace the GTM ID in plugin settings temporary to a fake ID like GTM-XXXXX

    If the error goes away, the issue is within your GTM container, not in GTM4WP
