Awesome but… not loading JavaScripts?

Hey thanks for this plug.. This works as described.

However,
1) Some of the page elements seems to lose the formatting

2) Not all elements are visible when changing the page

3) Probably because, its not initiating the javascrips required by those pages.

What can we do to improve it & hence not break the theme?
