Awesome for Flexibility

This is a fantastic WordPress plug-in.

I have been using the software for the last two years and I still have not done a review. There are still things that I discover periodically as I worked in the software. They’re constantly evolving it and upgrading it. Before going with this membership plug-in I have tried other plug-ins and weighed the pros and cons.

The reason I chose S2member is because of the flexibility and now I am discovering how powerful it is. You can customize virtually anything that you want with just a bit of code.

However of course this gives you the downsides which is you need to know a little bit of code really customize it and make it friendly to work with your templates such as knowing some basic PHP or working with templates. Even if you know PHP exceptionally well you will still have a slight learning curve because of all the options that are available.

But the way I look at it is I would rather have the choice or the ability to make and modify things on my website then be limited whereas you can be with other membership plugins.

The support that some people bust on is decent – they are not going to give you 24 hour support in a few minutes… but if you wait a bit it’s quite great and fantastic from my experience having to ask maybe 3-5 questions over the last few years…
