Awesome plugin

I tried this form plugin for a simple website for a customer and was amazed at first. Recently I used it in my own website for a sign-up to a dance event. I was taken aback with so many awesome features, even in the free version. Variables, dependencies, stuff I have never seen before in other form plugins, are all there. A must have.
