    The best plugin I know for customising your post and taxonomy URLs in WordPress. You have a lot of settings and tools to help you change the URL of old pages. The plugin is updated on a regular basis and the developer is very responsive, even helping you out with custom code if something does not work like you want it. I can only recommend buying the full version and supporting the developer.
