Awesome plugin great support

This plugin has helped to reduce our ttfb drastically, easily integrating with our Cloudflare account allowing us to get as close to a static site as possible for the end user.

I had a couple things i needed added and posted on the forum and the developer quickly and kindly responded and has added them to a future release of the plugin.
