Awesome support!!!

Just bought the premium version of the plug-in and it didn’t work. Not good. Yet another crappy paid plug-in on WordPress…

Nope!

The poor tech guy (or girl!) spent a couple of hours goingg through everything. They even logged onto my site to try to fix it! They finally did, by fixing my Instagram account. It seems my client had set their account up wrong. A quick fix and the plug-in runs like a charm!

I wish more companies has this level of support. They fixed the problem, even though it wasn’t their problem, quickly and with a good friendly air. My only complaint is that I wish they had a tip jar.
