Awesome Support

I recently updated my website, so I could manage it myself as the owner of the business. I really knew nothing about all the intricate areas that could help me such as plug-ins.
When I received an email from OptinMonster about using them for my website, I decided to try the free version. I had many questions and kept emailing their support to make sure I was choosing what I needed and doing everything correctly. My support person, Rahul, was awesome. He was and continues to be so helpful and explains his communication to me so clearly that I understand it–not being very much of a tech person. I’m so happy to have such great people to work with!
