Hi! I’m trying to get all tickets from awesome support plugin but i get an empty array I feel there are tickets created. Any help? Regards

Please double check the REST API documentation to check that things are setup properly:

Look this is the url where I have the script

http://giles.suricata.la/api/v1/getTickets.php

And the real url is https://giles.suricata.la/wp-json/wpas-api/v1/tickets

But always i’m getting an empty array.
