Awesome Support Choose agent

Hello everyone,

I want to know if it’s possible to make a client select their agent.
Because I can’t find any option to enable that or any way to make it work.

We have clients and suppliers and we want our clients (Who submit tickets), to be able to select the Supplier (Agent, who should respond on the tickets) by themselves.

Is this possible or do I need custom code?
