Awesome Support – Custom Fields (select field_type)

Hello everyone,

Im reading through the awesome support documentation and I need to insert a custom field of mine which is a select dropdown that will categorize the tickets my users submits into two categories such as “Technical” and “General”, now I want to add a select dropdown in my submit ticket form but I cant find any documentation as to how to achieve that, I am able to add a custom field but can only do the simple field_types such as text, password, date etc..
