Awesome support, fabulous plugin!

I have lots of photos on my site, so a plugin like Folders is exactly what I needed. at first though it didn’t appear to work, I couldn’t make any folders appear it just returned an error message. So I contacted support, not really expecting much response… about an hour later I had a reply and over the next few days I got the most responsive response I could have asked for. They took the issue very seriously and thoroughly investigated. Turns out it was a Mac browser compatibility issue which they fixed immediately and issued an update. Now it works brilliantly! For the first time in years I can find images that were previously so far down the list as to be invisible. Plugin works flawlessly and they are a great team of people.
