    The Awesome Support ticket address is very un-private and could easily be copied and re-created which then allows other users to read strangers’ tickets.

    Hello, you’ve already started a support ticket with us on this issue. As explained in our reply to it, this is not normal behavior. Usually tickets are private. We also included in our reply some trouble-shooting steps to try to help you isolate whether or not a theme or plugin might be causing this behavior. You can reply directly to that ticket since tickets for paid customers have priority in the support queue – sometimes days might pass before we get a chance to look at this forum.
