Awesome support with quick fixes

Recently I purchased the plugin pro plan and it was working perfectly fine but with one my payment gateway thank you page was not working so i reach to customer support and ask them and they give their 100% to resolve it in a day by changing code level things specially thanks to Harleen kaur for testing out the things and resolving the issue.

One thing i feel missing is that they should have a live chat or quick chat support except email system. Email system is also good but quick live chat will be a better option.
