Awesome technical and billing support

We spoke with technical and sales support before and after buying the plugin. The Amelia support team was very knowledgeable, understanding and helpful. They were able to answer our questions and provided the needed help very quickly. Also, the plugin seems to be great. It has everything we need and we can add additional fields when needed using a tool they build inside the plugin.
