• Sliders aren’t showing on website anymore. I get a blank space where it should be placed and this error message: “Warning: Attempt to read property “ID” on null in ../wp-content/plugins/depicter/app/src/Modules/Elementor/Module.php on line 42″.

    Besides, when you are editing the slider and change between responsive views, elements positions get wierd.

But please give us a chance to help you. so May I ask you first try to update to the latest version and check it, in this update the element position changing issue, should be ok, and about the blank space may I ask you to submit a ticket and give us a link to where you got the issue?

    You were right about the element position changing issue, it’s corrected after the update, but my slider is still showing blank on the front-end.

    I’ve just noticed 2 more things:
    1- If I drag the blank slide, the next 2 will show misconfigured.
    2- If I try editing the slider through Elementor widget, I get Error 400.

    I couldn’t wait anymore, so I rolled the plugin back to version 1.2.0. Hope you guys correct the bug in the next versions and improve the support quality. The plugin has a good potential, but many problems have to be solved on the company before announcing it as “The Only WordPress Slider You’ll Ever Need”

    Unrelated to this plugin’s features or shortcomings, the “Translate to English”/US flag on your homepage does not function correctly. It’s not just the slider that doesn’t translate; the whole page doesn’t translate and what does it quite poorly translated.

    It has been a long time, almost 4 months and we have been working very hard to make Depicter better and better. It seems you are still using Depicter and I am happy to see that. May I ask you how is your experience so far. And do you think we deserve to change your review to 5* or not?
