Thanks for the review and the unpleasant words. I’m sorry it didn’t work for you, but please do remember there are literally millions of combinations of servers and plugins and themes, and sometimes, just sometimes, things don’t work together.
Rather than being patient (it’s not like you paid for anything here) and contact me for support the author of this review decided the best action is to leave an unpleasant comment about my ‘shitty plugin’ (their words, not mine) on Github, and then left this review here.
Well done you! But… it’s not really nice behaviour, is it? Sadly it’s not uncommon. Your anger issues may need professional help. I’d like to take your 1 star, but I think you may need it more.
I imagine I’d be quite irked if someone left a poor review on my gift to the community. But I suspect wisdom and maturity would coerce my professional reply.
@wswp2 I don’t believe this plugin is a gift to the community, and have never said or implied this. It is a product of my own needs and I am glad that others find it useful. I was not irked by this review – it doesn’t and will not affect the plugin in the slightest – but thought that I should reply, as I do to any bad review. The reviewer was rude and impatient on Github, and I stated this in my reply. I do not believe my reply is unprofessional, and I’m sorry you think so. Please do re-read my reply again. I stated the situation, and said that it wasn’t nice behaviour

The original review makes no sense, it works perfectly if you have all ducks lined up such as up to date WP and server software versions. Try it for yourself, it won’t break your site (and not the back either as its FREE).
