I am not requesting support.
I allready had a support ticket open. You closed it after 8 days of waiting. Without sufficient answer and NO help.
This is a review for other users to be aware of your lousy business.
@nomafo i’ve been notified about your issue
take in mind we cant ensure compatibility with 3rd party and non-official woocommerce plugins
our ticket system is not the right place to request support for the free version of the plugin
you have to do it via the forum
however, our team do his best effort to fix the issue and provide you with free personalized support

Your answer indicates you did not read my support ticket at all.
So you don’t know what you are talking about.
Support is either given or not.
