• Hi,
we are Using your Plugin on a webpage behind AWS Cloudfront WAF.
Unfortunately your bot seems to be blocked and the Whitelisting with the User-Agent “RapidLoad/1.0” or “UnusedCSS_bot/1.0 RapidLoad/1.0” does not work, it seems your bot comes along with no user-agent?

Are there other possibilities to whitelist your bot?
If we activate the WAF, the TitanOptimizer stops working.

    Thank you very much!

    Hey there,

If bot protection is enabled on a site, features like Unused CSS and Critical CSS generation may fail, while other functionalities should remain unaffected. To address this, we usually recommend whitelisting the user agent RapidLoad/1.0 in the firewall or bot protection settings, as this resolves such issues except in cases involving Cloudflare’s bot protection.

The issue you’re encountering with Titan is new to us. Could you please provide more details on which specific features are not functioning as expected? Additionally, sharing the domain where this issue occurs would allow us to investigate further.

For immediate assistance, feel free to contact our support team at [email protected]. You are welcome to share the relevant information there to help expedite the resolution process.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
