AWS Policy For Plugin?

    I’d really like to use a dedicated AWS user for this plugin which has the minimum permissions necessary for the plugin to install and work. My first crack at it I ran into some permissions that were missing.

    Before I go down the path to reverse engineer what permissions the plugin requires I wanted to ask if there’s an AWS policy (JSON) which can be used for this plugin for those who don’t want to put overly-permissive credentials into the plugin’s config.
