    Error: could not resolve host. The reason being that the AWS plugin adds “s3.” within the URL after the bucket name, when it should be “s3-“. S3 URLs are as:
    (bucket-name.s3-region.amazonaws.com) notice the hyphen after “s3”.

    Setup a ticket on your site 10/16 but no response.

    I do not see a way to view ticket numbers on your site though I had created one Sept 25, 2020.
