AxlPosts in primary sidebar issue

Hey guys
Can anyone help me please, I’m sure this is quite simple but I’m stuck…
I am using the awesome Hueman theme on http://www.ladiesmidlandspooltour.co.uk and have a post displaying in my primary sidebar through the AxlPosts widget.
I have added “read more” within the post so it only shows an excerpt in the sidebar, however when you click onto a menu item that is set up as a page ie Venues, the whole posts displays in the sidebar. It’s no major drama but I don’t want it to look like this.
How do I make it display as an excerpt for all pages?
