Our plugin’s JS and CSS files are not being loaded.
Please check whether you have wp_footer() function’s call in your theme.

You need to use another theme that keeps all the WordPress standards. For example free themes from wp.org.
Another option is to add wp_footer() function call in the footer.php from your theme files.
