Back Fails After Update

    There was an update to Updraft this morning and now I can’t seem to get it to back up my site. I’ve been using this plugin for a couple years without issue, but now it is timing out after the progress bar gets only about the third of the way. Started backup at 10am, it’s not 2pm and still not finishing up.

    Hi,

    Please could you send us a copy of the latest full backup log?

    This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
    The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    I’ll have to do another backup first, as I delete the back ups from the server once I have downloaded them.

    The backup did finally finish, but that was after I added an exception to a directory that contains a lot of audio files. That directory adds a lot in terms of size to the backup, but hadn’t caused it to time out before.
