    Hi,

Seems that the “Back” arrow image is not showing on the page. To illustrate, please click on the “Accommodation” gallery. You will see the arrow image for the “Back” text isn’t showing. Can you advise on how to fix this please?

    Thank you.

    Hi @vsn-australia,

The issue seems to be caused by the SpeedyCache caching plugin you’re using at the moment – When optimization is active, SpeedyCache rewrites asset paths and moves files into its own cache folder. In this process, our plugin’s font file isn’t being copied correctly, so the browser ends up requesting it from the cache folder where it doesn’t exist. https://gyazo.com/0b30553227657f0f17a72bee5f402416

You can double-check it by disabling the cache with this slug https://vsn.com.au/scws/fantastic-suppliers/?123 – works perfectly https://gyazo.com/d9312e6733a098da091bcda1e77a6ccc

Could you please check if it’s possible to exclude the Photo Gallery plugin’s assets from being moved/minified by SpeedyCache? You may want to contact their support for further assistance

    Hi,

Thanks for your response. If I disable SpeedyCache, will this issue be resolved?

    Hi @vsn-australia,

If it is not possible to tweak the plugin’s settings to exclude the Photo Gallery plugin’s assets from being moved/minified by SpeedyCache as described in my previous message, then, yes, disabling the caching plugin entirely should also work,

Please note however that this might lead to worse Page Speed scores and front-end performance of your site, therefore I recommend that you try sorting it out with the plugin’s support team first

I changed some settings in the SpeedyCache plugin and the back arrow image is now showing. Thanks for your assistance.
