Why I read, almost everywhere, claims about it is better user editors not allowed to login in the back-end of wordpress and suggest to use front end pages?

The only reason I see is it may make for a better user experience where the UI styling is consistent with the site. Getting dumped into the back end could confuse some users. There’s more chance of security blunders when a front end form is developed. The back end security has been tested and refined for years.
You may want to ask those actually making the claim that front end is better.
