Same here… no error just cant access main site or WP-Admin.

The problem is not the version of PHP. It’s that 0.9.5.x is a horrible mess.
Just update your PHP version to 5.6

For everyone else you need to be running at least php 5.3 I recommend using 5.6 as does ww.wp.xz.cn but 5.3 is the minimum requirement.
@reinharts try using the latest version and also try clearing the cache folder manually by removing all the files in there.
