Thanks for the files.
Could you reduce the Number of Rows to Backup value to 1000 from 10000 and save the changes? This is done from our plugin settings.
On the other hand, the Max Execution Time value should be increased as well. This is done from your hosting.
Please, do both and then run another backup.
Let us know if this fixes the issue.

Hi, I only changed the number of rows because I don’t have access to the hosting right now, but that fixed it! I was able to run a successful backup.
