    Please, updated our plugin to latest version or use our latest beta:
    https://backupbliss.com/downloads/plugins/bmi-betas/backup-backup-1.3.3.8.zip

    The URL you used does not point to any backup, please go to backup(s) list on the website where you created the backup and copy download URL directly via that list.

    Then you can use that download URL in Super-Quick Migration module on the second website.
