It seems to be rather strange since it stops in the middle and there is no warning.
Could you possibly run another backup and in case of failure, send the backup log once again?Thank you!

Could you do the following?
Please, increase the Max execution time from your hosting.
And then also decrease the “Number of rows to backup” value to 1000 from the plugin settings, save changes.Then perform another backup and if it fails again, please, open a new support thread and send the new log to us.

Thank you very much for the quick answer.
Unfortunately, I don’t have access to the hosting, but only to the WordPress backend.I have nevertheless lowered the “Number of rows to backup” to 1000 and also cleaned the database. This also worked now, but it says that there is a warning during the backup.

The log file doesn’t really show the reason for the warning, it shows like the backup ended successfully.
Could you send a screenshot of the warning, please?
