Hello All, I took a backup of my site 2 days ago.

For some unknown reason, I am not able to login to my admin panel today. The reason is database connection issue. I am not a developer and dont know where to look for in phpmyadmin. I can see my homepage probably due to cache but I do not see any products on my website.

Can someone please help me locate where my back up file created using “wp staging” plugin would be located on file server?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @reachpritam ,

WP Staging backup files are stored in the wp-content/uploads/wp-staging/backups/ directory on your hosting server. You can access them via FTP or your hosting file manager.

For a step-by-step guide on restoring your backup, please check this documentation: Restore WP Staging Backup.

Thank you Fayyaz for your answer. I really appreciate it!!

I did found the backup file. The issue is I am not able to access the admin panel for both my staging and prod site. The error is database connection issue. My hosting provider says that this would a developer to look into. I dont have a developer.

How do I restore the backup? for that matter how easily can i resolve the database connection issue?
