Backend (Admin area) not loading jQuery.js

    Hi,
    I’m finding that jQuery is either not loading, or jQuery-dependent scripts are loading before. This is causing problems with the admin area. For example, Yoast has tabs for different tasks, but clicking on them, nothing happens.

    This is only an issue for the admin area. The frontend is working just fine.
