Backend blank / doesn't load anymore

Hi,

Today I was searching for a Newsletter PlugIn, my brother already had installed ALO EasyMail Newsletter some time ago. But we never really used it.

I was searching for an easier one (change the layout / design from the newsletter), and found yours… *which btw. I really liked*

I deactivated (ALO EasyMail Newsletter)

installation (Sendpress) was without problem, but after I activated it I got a blank backend page…

reentering the Dashboard was back to normal…

but after checking, I couldn’t get anymore into the subscribers / Users profils (to edit my own or anybody elses) – just got a blank backend page.

I deactivated it (Sendpress), and it worked normal again.

Reactivating it (Sendpress) got me the same “error”

So I deactivated it again and I activated the old one (ALO EasyMail Newsletter) …

Now I have a blank backend 🙁
the only thing I can see backend related is the AdminBar on the frontend.

Do you have any ideas how I could fix it?

like this maybe? or do you have any other suggestion for me??

So I’ve helped myself

Now I’ve deactivated all plugins via myPHPadmin… and the backend went back to normal. 🙂

but still, if I activate the “SendPress” plugin the backend goes blank again 🙁

btw. now I’ve installed WP 3.9.1

Hi SabslPhotography,

Do you know what version of php and mysql you are running? Or what hosting provider and plan you have. This sounds like some sort of conflict but i am unsure of what. Also if you could get access to the error logs and either possibly email me the info we can look into getting it fixed [email protected]

We use Alphahosting.de

Administration: Confixx 3.3.1
PHP-Version(en): 4.4, 5.2, 5.3 und 5.4
Perl-Version: 5.10
MySQL-Version: 5.5

Could it be, because of the ALO EasyMail Newsletter?

Bc now it happens with any Newsletter plugin. :/

Where can I find these error logs?

Ha, I’ve fixed it.. 🙂

I think ALO Easy – buggged me -.- … SQL datas were in conflixt…. I think

to fix it I deleted all wp_sendpress_… datas via phpMyAdmin…

after it ALO worked again… no more blank backend
@ Settings of ALO … I activated it to delete all files ec.ec. if the plugin gets deactivated (before I exported my subscribers!)

ALO deinstallated… and now SendPress works also 😀
