Backend / Frontend discrepancy

    When in backend, <q> elements display with quotation marks. E.g :

    When in frontend, <q> element display without quotation marks. E.g :

    This is a bit disturbing, as user would expect quotes to look the same in backend and frontend.

    Disabling the plugin leads quotation marks to display coherently, both in back and front.

    Tested this on a new up-do-date WP install, with only this plugin installed. It happened both in Firefox and Edge, using Twenty Twenty-Five and Twenty Twenty-Four.
